At Drive FITT, we strive to provide an exceptional fitness experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines important terms regarding membership, class bookings, and purchases.

1. Membership Cancellation

    

• Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships can be cancelled with 7 days' advance written notice prior to your next billing cycle. Cancellations received after this cutoff will apply to the following month.

• Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are non-cancellable and non-refundable once activated, except in cases of:

​

i) Verified medical issues

ii) Other extreme circumstances approved by management

 

Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

• Free Trials & Promotional Offers

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card will be charged. Once charged, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle.

 

2. Class & Session Bookings

​

• Group Classes
  Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the class start time are considered a no-show and non-refundable.

• Personal Training Sessions
  Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full and are not refundable.

3. Refund Policy

​

• Membership Fees
  All membership fees are non-refundable once billed, regardless of usage. This includes monthly and annual plans unless otherwise required by law.

• Retail Products
  Refunds are only permitted for unopened, unused items returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. No refunds on used items, apparel, supplements, or sale items.

• Programs & Events
  Special event fees (e.g., boot camps, workshops) are non-refundable unless cancelled by Drive FITT.

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after signup

• Lack of usage or missed sessions

• Failure to cancel within the required timeframes

• Dissatisfaction with personal results or outcomes

• Equipment or facility preferences

 

5. Policy Changes

Drive FITT reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website and mobile app. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these terms.
